Eddie & Kate — 26 Years in the Restaurant Industry

For 26 years, Eddie and Kate have done what they love most: creating great food, bringing people together, and building restaurants with personality.

This is our fourth restaurant opening in the past 10 years, but our journey started much smaller. We began with a café and soon discovered a passion for smoking meats. What started as smoking meats for events and fairs out of a food trailer eventually grew into a brick-and-mortar restaurant and a thriving catering business.

Over the years, we’ve catered everything from intimate gatherings to large corporate events and college functions, including events for the Governor of Utah.

Now, we’re bringing all of those experiences together in a whole new way.

Our menu combines our love of West Coast Mexican-inspired flavors with our Southern BBQ roots: bold, flavorful food with a little something unexpected around every corner.
